We are hiring an Associate Property Consultant!

About the Company Hiring for a real estate firms handling international clients

Role Overview We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Associate Property Consultant to join our Karachi office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and assisting customers throughout their property investment journey. You will represent One Homes' premium portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
  • Schedule and conduct property presentations, meetings, and virtual consultations.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and documentation in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and client events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitor activities.
  • Represent One Homes professionally at exhibitions, property events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) .
  • 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales , property consultancy, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing sales role s.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident personality with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
