Security Supervisor

What will you do?

• Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring efficient task completion.
• Devise and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization and its assets.
• Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.
• Investigating security breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures.
• Educate and train security personnel on protocols.
• Regularly inspect security equipment (CCTV, access control, alarms) to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
• Evaluate security personnel.
• Monitor security vendor attendance.
• Follow up and update lost and found sheet.

Qualifications Needed

• Proficiency with security surveillance software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• 1-2 years of experience
