Revenue & Marketing Manager (Right Hand to the Founder)

About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing serviced accommodation and property management company, expanding rapidly across the UK and Dubai. They specialise in short-term and mid-term stays for contractors, family relocations and insurance claims, with 70-80% of bookings coming direct. They also perform strongly across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and OpenRent.

We're recruiting on their behalf for a sharp, commercially minded Revenue & Marketing Manager to own profitability across the portfolio, keep direct booking clients on track and drive the marketing that fuels growth. This person will also act as the Founder's right hand, keeping the team accountable and the business running to a high standard.

What You Will Do

Revenue Management and Profitability

  • Own dynamic pricing across the portfolio using PriceLabs, refining strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure every property hits its profit target each month, flagging underperformers early with a clear plan to fix them
  • Track key metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profit per property, benchmarked by city
  • Manage promotions and discounts across Airbnb and Booking.com, ensuring offers are structured correctly and never stack beyond agreed limits
  • Report monthly on revenue and profit performance with clear insights and recommendations

Direct Bookings and Client Accounts

  • Look after direct booking clients, including contractors, relocation agents and insurance claim handlers, keeping bookings and extensions on track
  • Build strong relationships that turn one-off bookings into long-term repeat business
  • Manage direct booking enquiries and pipelines in GoHighLevel, ensuring fast follow-up and nothing slipping through
  • Identify opportunities to grow direct revenue through repeat clients, extensions and upsells

Marketing and Reviews

  • Own the Google Business Profile presence, keeping profiles optimised, active and ranking well in every city of operation
  • Drive consistent review generation across Google, Trustpilot and booking platforms using automated GoHighLevel workflows
  • Monitor and respond to reviews, protecting reputation and turning feedback into improvements
  • Work on listing visibility and conversion across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and OpenRent
  • Support wider marketing activity that drives direct bookings and brand credibility

Team Accountability and Executive Support

  • Act as the Founder's right hand, removing bottlenecks and making sure the business runs to a consistently high standard
  • Take detailed notes in team meetings, turn them into clear action points and ensure they are completed by the end of the same day
  • Track the team's weekly tasks, checking everything has been carried out on time and to standard, following up where things slip
  • Own incidents when they arise, driving them through to resolution and escalating to the Founder if not being dealt with
  • Keep the Founder informed with concise updates so nothing comes as a surprise

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in revenue management, marketing or account management, ideally within short-term rentals, hospitality or property
  • Confident with tools such as Guesty, PriceLabs, GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Drive, Excel or Google Sheets, Airbnb and Booking.com
  • Strong with numbers and commercially sharp, always thinking about profit, not just occupancy
  • Experienced with Google Business Profile and review generation, and understands how reputation drives revenue
  • A confident communicator who builds trust quickly with B2B clients like contractors and insurers
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to juggle pricing, client accounts and marketing without dropping the ball
  • A natural finisher who holds others accountable in a fair, direct and supportive way, and never lets an action point die in a meeting
  • Discreet and trustworthy, comfortable working closely with the Founder and handling confidential information
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in a fast-growing remote team
  • Must have own laptop, stable internet connection, backup power supply and a noise-cancelling headset
