Legal Officer

Reviewing and drafting various agreements, specifically focused on the Fintech industry.

Handling litigation cases and managing legal issues related to fraud.

Participating in and supporting various Group-level projects as required.

Managing corporate secretarial duties and ensuring administrative compliance.

Organizing and maintaining all legal documents and archives.

Managing licenses and maintaining professional relationships with regulators.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably within the Fintech or Insurance industries.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Peradi Certification is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Fintech-related regulations.

Proven ability in providing sound Legal Advice.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

A fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and high dependability.
