Key Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial reporting activities.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Handle fixed asset accounting, lease accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Trial Balance.

• Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and internal financial controls.

• Coordinate with global stakeholders and support internal/external audits.

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

• Maintain SLA, KPI, and TAT adherence within RTR processes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger Accounting .

• Strong experience in Shared Services (SSC) / BPO Finance Operations .

• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP .

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Good understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting principles.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts supporting global business operations.

• Shipping or Logistics industry experience is an added advantage.
