Thclnr Limited, trading as The Cleaner, located at 17 Mountpleasant Avenue Upper, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06R8P4, Ireland, is looking for a full-time Recruitment Officer.

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for providing a quality consultative recruitment service to clients in line with the requirements of the company; interviewing candidates for jobs. To maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders in the business. To be approachable, flexible, and adaptable always to ensure the smooth running. To act as the main point of contact between the company and any third-party organisations regarding our Recruitment activity. To liaise with applicants and line managers, in relation to their recruitment requirements, applications, administration, and reports for the organisation, assisting with negotiations between management and employees concerning pay and conditions of employment; managing candidates' expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidates must have at least 1 year’s relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree; a good knowledge of the recruitment market.

Location: 17 Mountpleasant Avenue Upper, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06R8P4 Salary: 36.605 per annum, Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
