The Shuttle Driver safely transports guests, owners, and team members, as applicable, to designated destinations while providing exceptional guest service. This position also supports transportation operations through luggage assistance, guest assistance, and Dispatcher responsibilities as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
•
Safely transport guests, owners, and team members while providing exceptional customer service. Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies. Assist with passenger boarding and luggage handling.

Support Bellperson duties as needed, including greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing resort information, wayfinding, and maintaining a welcoming arrival area.

Coordinate transportation requests using company systems, communicate with drivers and guests, monitor schedules, and support Dispatcher functions as needed.
•
Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, report maintenance concerns, and follow all safety, transportation, and company requirements.
•
Complete required documentation, training, and other duties as assigned to support department operations and guest experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Previous shuttle, van, or bus driving and/or bell services experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- A valid driver's license is required (minimum of three years driving experience).
- A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.
- Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, attractions, and local activities.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs. as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
