Office Admin/Credit Support
Job description
Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, the Office Administrator/Credit Support is responsible for handling incoming calls and directing as necessary, setting up new accounts in our systems, sourcing credit reports, maintain both electronic and manual filing systems, receive daily mail, reviewing and responding or directing incoming emails from the general mailbox, review of undelivered invoices, releasing orders on credit holds, process daily deposits.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing incoming mail
- Setting up new approved accounts (from the approved folder), transfer accounts, cash sales, notify other depts as necessary, send welcome letter
- Scanning/moving new accounts and other doc’s to the electronic folder
- Maintaining a hard copy file for the guarantee documents
- Updating customer files
- Deposit prep, cheque scanning and daily balancing
- Credit Card payments using Versapay
- Answering phones
- Review and manage 519 E-docs email
- Review and address undelivered invoice report from Versapay
- Process, file monthly credit dept expenses
- Pull credit reports as required
- Manage inventory for office supplies
- Review, investigate and send out daily cash applications short payments
- Special projects
- Perform other tasks as requested by the RCM or CM
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years office experience
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, highly organized, customer focused
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Problem solver, able to think outside of the box
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
- College and/or University degree (or working towards) – preferably in a finance or business-related field of study
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in an office administration role
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Windows 11
Salary Range $45,000 to $52,000 DOE
