We are looking for a hands-on Website & Front-End Specialist to support the maintenance, enhancement, and performance of our panel websites. This role will focus on implementing website updates, managing user-facing experiences, maintaining tracking and analytics, and supporting SEO initiatives provided by the Marketing team.
This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and improving websites that drive user acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding experiences, and member-facing website features.
- Build and modify website components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement SEO recommendations and website improvements provided by Marketing.
- Manage and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) and web tracking implementations.
- Monitor website performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
- Support offer wall integrations and other user engagement features.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Panel teams to execute growth initiatives.
- 2–5 years of experience in Front-End Development, Website Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and website tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEO implementation and website performance optimization.
- Experience working with conversion-focused websites, registration flows, or user onboarding journeys.
- Exposure to custom website platforms and/or .NET environments.
