Level 3 Early Years Professional

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is excited to welcome a skilled and passionate Level 3 Early Years Professional to our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 0-5 years, providing high-quality care and educational support within a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate closely with other practitioners and families to develop tailored learning plans that foster each child's development. • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and early education.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check for working with children.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
