Job description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Coordinator to join our team in Appolonia City . This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle across multiple business units. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we attract and retain talent as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all roles and departments, ensuring timely hiring in line with approved workforce plans while delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies, providing insights into external talent markets where appropriate.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong talent pipelines, leveraging both internal and external talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, talent forums, and other outreach activities, to promote the company's brand and attract top talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) by embedding inclusive recruitment practices throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees and support a positive employee experience from hire to retention.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by coordinating staff events, recognition programmes, employee surveys, wellness activities, and other initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement action plans by tracking feedback, monitoring participation, and collaborating with managers to improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Provide support in performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and other Human Resources initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment, employee engagement, and other Human Resources metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Support the implementation, and continuous improvement of Human Resources policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Provide general Human Resources administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition—ideally a mix of agency and in-house roles in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
  • Proven skills in candidate sourcing and talent mapping, with solid hands-on experience using an ATS.
  • Strong communicator who can build trust, influence senior leaders, and coach hiring managers on best practices.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple roles and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a passion for improving recruitment processes and delivering great candidate experiences.
  • Multicultural sensitivity and a genuine interest in people, culture, and building inclusive teams.
