Job description

At Luxarabia Real Estate , we are expanding our Secondary Market division and are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our team of property consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Secondary Market Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing real estate agents.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and team training sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Ensure agents maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support negotiations and assist agents in closing high-value transactions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to maximize lead generation campaigns.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Managerin Dubai's Secondary Market real estate sector.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of real estate agents.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
