Job description
Translate business requirements into solution architecture designs Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD) Define integration architecture across HRIS, talent, payroll, and external systems Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards Define architecture for employee profile modeling, skills graph, career pathing, and workforce analytics Design real-time and batch data flows Enable personalization and AI-driven recommendations Architect support for GenAI-enabled use cases (assistant, summarization, insights) Define API-first integration strategy Architect microservices and event-driven workflows Ensure secure data exchange between internal and external systems Manage vendor/SaaS integrations Define scalability, availability, and performance standards Establish security architecture (SSO, RBAC, encryption) Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise policies Define observability and monitoring strategy Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs Guide engineering teams during implementation Conduct architecture reviews and design governance Support estimation, roadmap planning, and risk mitigation
