Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week | 8am-4:30pm | Monday-Friday | No weekends! No holidays! Department: Thome PACE | Jackson, MI

What You'll Do: As a Clinic RN at Thome PACE , you’ll provide direct and indirect nursing care that supports participants’ health, independence, and overall well-being. In this role, you’ll use your clinical judgment to assess participant needs, complete required nursing assessments, identify changes in condition, and coordinate follow-up care in collaboration with the care team.
