- Full-time | 11-month maternity leave contract
- Based at our Ferntree Gully & Ringwood East sites, with outreach work across the community
- $43.63 - $53.07 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference while building your clinical skills across a diverse client group?
Join Each's Primary Care Occupational Therapy team and support people of all ages and backgrounds to achieve greater independence in their homes and communities. Working across clinic and community settings, you'll deliver person-centred interventions, prescribe equipment and home modifications, and help people participate more fully in the activities that matter most to them.
This position works across a variety of funding streams, supporting both block-funded and fee-for-service clients, giving you exposure to a broad range of presentations and opportunities to grow your clinical expertise.
Your role, your impact
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help people improve function, mobility, safety and participation through practical, evidence-based interventions that support everyday living.
You will:
- Assess, plan and deliver individualised occupational therapy interventions in clinic, home and community settings
- Support functional independence through equipment prescription, assistive technology and environmental modifications
- Develop client-centred care plans that align with each person's goals, strengths and circumstances
- Complete funding applications and reports to help clients access the support they need
- Build trusted relationships with clients, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Provide education and training to support the safe use of equipment and recommended strategies
- Manage a diverse caseload across multiple funding streams while maintaining quality clinical documentation
About you
You're a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys helping people build confidence, independence and participation in everyday life.
You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Experience conducting occupational therapy assessments and developing tailored intervention plans using a person-centred, evidence-based approach
- Confidence assessing and prescribing assistive technology, equipment and other functional supports to meet individual client needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organisation, time management and clinical documentation skills
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
