Team Member - Engineering (Instrumentation)

1. 1. To co-ordinate with the production team and perform/ review instruments calibration and all types of certificates as per SOP.
   2. To implement GDP as per the Company’s Quality policy for ESD.
   3. Preparation and updation of calibration master list and calibration schedules.
   4. Preparation of Calibration and Automation SOPs.
   5. Execution of calibration activities as per approved schedules and ensure that all the instruments are in calibrated state and closing in SAP.
   6. Investigating Automation & Calibration failures and finding root cause failure with appropriate CAPA.
   7. Ensure Preventive maintenance of Distributed Control System, PLC, HMI, Data Logger system, production area and ZLD area etc.
   8. Responsible for break down, preventive, Proactive maintenance of all instruments and control system.
   9. Ensure that all the drawings and technical specifications of the Automation and Instrumentation related system in all areas at site.
   10. Responsible for 21 CFR part 11 compliance for Computerized System Validation.
   11. Responsible for periodic review and Backup and Restore for Computerised System.
   12. Preparation of IQ, OQ addendum qualification for Computerised System.
   13. To ensure cGMP implementation in his/her area as per the QMS.
   14. Ensure the good housekeeping and SHE targets as per site objectives.
   15. Support in manufacturing of chemically synthesized Food Ingredients.
   16. Preparation, review and execution of validation/qualification documents as per requirement.

B.Tech (Instrumentation) with 5-7 years of experience
