Physician – Pediatric Hospitalist – St. Cloud, MN

Seeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to join our team in providing high-quality inpatient care to the community of central Minnesota.

Schedule

Full-time, 1.0 FTE

13-hour shifts, including one-hour overlap for report

Rotating day/night scheduling

7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am

Pay and Benefits

Salary range: $225,000 - $250,000 per year

Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

BE/BC

Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Department Information

7 Physicians, 4 APPs

• Caring for children 0-17 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses •

Pediatric Unit with a total of 22 beds - 4 ICU, 4 PPCU, 14 peds

PICU covered by Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist

Pediatric Sedation program, Dedicated child life specialists

• Family Medicine resident & student teaching opportunities
