The St. Peter's Health Partners (SPHP) LPN Clinical Ladder Program is designed to recognize nursing excellence, support professional growth, promote engagement, and provide meaningful advancement opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses throughout their careers. Whether you are beginning your journey as a new LPN or advancing as an experienced clinical leader, the Clinical Ladder offers a path to achieve your full potential.

LPN I – Foundation for Success

LPN I nurses are early in their professional nursing journey and are focused on developing clinical competence, confidence, and strong patient care practices.

LPN II – Clinical Expertise and Professional Growth

LPN II nurses have successfully developed foundational skills and demonstrate mastery of clinical practice within their assigned setting.

LPN III – Clinical Leader, Mentor, and Role Model

LPN III nurses represent the highest level of the Clinical Ladder Program and are recognized for their advanced knowledge, leadership, and commitment to nursing excellence.

Qualifications

  • Current NYS LPN license in good standing

Pay range: $24.00 - $31.10/hour

(Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.)
