Position Overview
Due to continued growth, Omega Surveying Services are currently recruiting for an APC / Recently Chartered Building Surveyor who will be based of our offices in Raheny. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking control of their own projects, as well as working with the senior team members. Structured training, in line with the APC competencies will be provided (if required) by an APC assessor ensuring the successful candidate gets the training and experience necessary to sit the APC and become a Chartered Building Surveyor. The successful applicant will undertake a spilt of report and project type work.
What You Will Do
- Building Condition Surveys (Pre-Acquisition / Building Investment Funds / Schedules of Condition)
- Design and specification.
- Defect inspections and reports.
- Measured Surveys.
- Feasibility Studies.
- Budget estimates and Cost Plans.
- Any other duties as required by the business.
What You Will Bring
- Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or already enrolled on the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the SCSI.
