As a Strategy& Value Creation - Turnaround and Performance Improvement - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to drive strategic initiatives that enhance performance and create value. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions that align with client objectives. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored strategies that foster growth and efficiency.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive financial and strategic analysis to support turnaround and performance improvement initiatives
- Developing and implementing acquisition strategies and post-merger integration plans to enhance value creation
- Utilizing financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business plans and identify competitive advantages
- Performing market research and industry trend analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and analyze financial trends and risks
- Engaging in customer due diligence and corporate development activities to support deal structures
- Leveraging analytical thinking and creativity to address complex business challenges
- Building and maintaining client relationships to facilitate effective communication and feedback
- Guiding junior team members in understanding and applying strategic and financial concepts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
