Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.

About the role

Within the private aviation industry, every interaction reflects our commitment to delivering a premium experience. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the team in strengthening our brand presence and ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, luxury services, and aviation, collaborating with diverse teams and contributing to various projects.

Responsibilities

Goodies & Promotional Materials Management

  • Coordinate internal needs, manage external suppliers, and support the onboarding of new branded products and promotional items.

Stock Management & Intern Supervision

  • Monitor and manage marketing stock (brochures, goodies, sales materials, etc.), anticipate replenishment needs, and ensure proper organization and distribution of materials.
  • Supervise and coordinate the intern responsible for ordering, preparing, and distributing marketing materials.

Sales & Marketing Documents Supervision

  • Assist in the creation, proofreading, updating, and coordination of brochures, presentations, sales documents, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.

Editorial & Publication Projects

  • Support the development and execution of internal and external publication projects, including corporate books, yearbooks, travel guides, and other branded content.
  • Assist with project timelines, communication with contributors and suppliers, and overall project follow-up while supervising interns involved in these initiatives.

Marketing Materials & Content Updates

  • Ensure regular updates of marketing documents, internal communication materials, and other resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and support content organization across marketing platforms.

Operational & Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the marketing team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, supplier coordination, order management, project follow-up, and other operational tasks.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication, timely project delivery, and alignment on marketing initiatives.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordination or marketing assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, managing marketing materials, and supporting cross-functional projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Experience with marketing or design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners in an international environment.
