About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Technical Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and marketing data infrastructure . You'll drive campaign performance across multiple platforms and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to build the tracking, attribution, and analytics foundation that powers our growth.
What You’ll Do
•
Set up, manage, scale, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
•
Using AI tools (like Claude or in-platform) in everyday work to optimize and analyze campaign performance, automate routine workflows.
•
Own our Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup. With the help of Product and Engineering teams review and maintain server-side tracking, tags, pixels and conversion APIs to ensure flawless data collection.
•
Dive deep into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze user journeys, attribution models, and post-click behavior. Build custom reports and dashboards.
•
Bridge marketing and product - define data layer and custom event tracking requirements
•
Constantly test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower CAC and scale volume efficiently.
What We Expect
•
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial ad budgets across Google, Meta, other platforms is a plus.
•
A strong curiosity or practical experience on building AI-driven Marketing operations.
•
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. You should be comfortable working with triggers, tags, events, data flows.
•
Ability to speak the same language as product managers when requesting backend event tracking.
•
Understanding of attribution modelling.
•
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have
Knowledge in technical SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) is a plus.
