Your role
As an F&B Extra (Service & Bar) , you will join our team on an on-call basis to support restaurant and bar operations during busy periods, special events, and peak service times. You will help deliver exceptional service while adapting to different outlets and operational needs.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals looking for flexible opportunities in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
What you will do

Support restaurant and bar operations during busy service periods
•
Provide professional and friendly service to guests
•
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
•
Assist with table setup, clearing, and mise en place
•
Support bartenders with beverage preparation and bar organization when required
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
•
Collaborate with different F&B teams to ensure smooth operations
•
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
•
Adapt quickly to different outlets and operational requirements
Who we’re looking for
•
Passionate about hospitality and guest service
•
Previous experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or events
•
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
•
Flexible, reliable, and available to work on demand
•
Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•
Team player with a proactive mindset
•
Well-groomed and committed to delivering exceptional service
Requirements
•
Previous experience in F&B service or bar operations
•
Good understanding of food & beverage service standards
•
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
•
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
•
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
