Job Description / Key Roles:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong RTR (Record-to-Report) domain expertise, with a good understanding of AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) processes, including journal postings
- Experience managing teams of 8–10 or more resources
- Prior involvement in ERP migration projects would be highly advantageous
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with RPA and AI-driven initiatives would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of KPIs and SLAs across all Finance & Accounting towers, including PTP, OTC, and RTR
- Good knowledge of SAP and its functionality across all towers, i.e., RTR, PTP and OTC
Strong understanding of RTR process, with sound knowledge on Fixed Asset / Intercompany / Accruals / Prepayments / Deferrals / BS, Bank & Other ReconciliationGreat understanding of close operationMeeting the SLA / KPI set by the businessDomain skills expertise in managing and building Balance Sheet Reconciliation processExposure to supervision of reconciliation processGood hands on SAP or other strong ERP Accounting toolAnalytical bent of mind for resolving open reconciling items and tracing journals through multiple accounts to their originGood skill set in excel and ability to manage large data sets in excelPossess excellent communication skillsCoordination with various stakeholders for reporting and audit workGood understanding on SOX complianceDetail focused and produce high quality workShould be highly organised and ability to perform multi task with easeFair understanding of OTC and PTP area
