Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing & Assembly: Accurately prepare, label, and assemble prescriptions and Monitored Dosage Systems (blister packs) using pharmacy software.
• Patient & Customer Care: Provide excellent over-the-counter (OTC) advice on minor ailments and manage patient intake professionally.
• Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage orders, rotate inventory, and handle cold-chain deliveries promptly.
• HSE Administration: Assist with monthly HSE reimbursement claims, scheme paperwork, and general administrative upkeep.
• Compliance: Maintain neat, accurate electronic patient records in accordance with GDPR and pharmacy legislation.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience Exceptional attention to detail

Contract type: 24 months 39 hours per week / Annual salary 36605 / 18.05 per hour.
