Receptionist - 1300SMILES Smithfield
Job description
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Assist with general administrative and reception duties.
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice.
- Experience using dental practice management software (Dental4Windows, Exact, or similar).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work casual shifts as required.
Availability Requirement:
- Available to be rostered between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
- Able to work occasional Saturdays as part of a rotating roster.
