As an Part-time Administrative & Order Management Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure smooth follow-up of customer orders and enquiries.

Our client is a well-established company active in the rubber sector, serving a wide range of customers with specialized products and solutions. To support their daily operations, they are looking for a reliable and hands-on Administrative & Order Management Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis during the mornings.
Description
As an Administrative & Order Management Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure smooth follow-up of customer orders and enquiries.
Your tasks will include
- Processing and entering customer orders in the system
- Following up on order statuses and delivery schedules
- Managing incoming emails and customer enquiries
- Providing basic customer support and information
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding orders and deliveries
- Maintaining and updating customer and product information
- Preparing administrative documents and reports when required
- Supporting the sales and operations teams with general administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, order management, or office support role
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Accurate and detail-oriented way of working
- Proactive and reliable personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Languages
- Required: Dutch and English
- Strong asset: Dutch, English, and French
