Graphic Designer Assistant Manager-Communication

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 5-6 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across digital, print, and branding mediums. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, and more.
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and onshore teams to develop visual assets that support brand messaging and campaign objectives.
3. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
4. Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely execution.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and design best practices.
6. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.

 

Total Experience Expected: 05-06 years

Experience with video editing, Print, and digital graphics (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) 

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. 5-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across various design styles and mediums.
5. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
