Aufgaben

• Vielfältige Themen im Accounting-Alltag: Du arbeitest an zentralen Hauptbuchthemen wie Rückstellungen, Umsatzkorrekturen, Anlagenbuchhaltung und HR-/Payroll-Sachverhalten – mit viel Einblick in unterschiedliche Geschäftsbereiche
• Abwechslungsreiche Projekte: Du optimierst und automatisierst Accounting- und Reporting-Prozesse und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung unserer SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Systemlandschaft.
• Financial Reporting: Du wirkst bei der Erstellung des monatlichen IFRS-Reportings für unseren Shareholder Ströer sowie bei lokalen und internationalen (IFRS) Abschlüssen und Audits mit
• IFRS in der Praxis: Du beschäftigst dich mit spannenden Fragestellungen, z. B. zu Leasing (IFRS 16), immateriellen Vermögenswerten (IAS 38) oder Umsatzthemen (IFRS 15) - immer in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Teams
• Konsolidierung & Tools: Du arbeitest mit SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud und Lucanet und unterstützt perspektivisch bei der Erstellung unseres IFRS-Konzernabschlusses inkl. Anhang

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung sowie mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen oder Financial Reporting
• Praktische Erfahrung im Accounting, Financial Reporting oder in einer Finanzabteilung, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Monats-, Quartals- oder Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und/oder IFRS
• Interesse an IFRS-, Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Themen sowie die Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung für eigene Themen zu übernehmen
• IT-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und Konsolidierungssystemen, idealerweise SAP S/4HANA und/oder Lucanet
• Analytische Stärke & Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse, bringst Verbesserungsideen ein und setzt diese pragmatisch um
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
