We’re a team that’s focused on growth and innovation, and we’re proud that our crew, products, and leadership are being recognized for it.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Receiving Clerk, you're the first line of accountability for everything that enters our facility. You'll own the accuracy of incoming inventory from the moment it hits our dock — verifying shipments against documentation, catching discrepancies before they become downstream problems, and keeping product moving efficiently into our supply chain. This role blends hands-on physical work with sharp attention to detail, and directly protects the integrity of our inventory system.
This is an in-office role based at our Spanish Fork, UT facility. You'll be on the dock and on your feet for the majority of the workday, working closely with drivers, the Parts Department, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unload incoming vendor shipments safely and efficiently.
- Verify physical counts against packing slips and purchase orders, identifying and flagging discrepancies immediately.
- Process and check in all returned materials as the primary point of contact for the Parts Department.
- Label incoming parts and components accurately to maintain full traceability across the facility.
- Move verified inventory to its correct storage location or production stage without delay.
- Inspect incoming items for transit damage and escalate findings to management promptly.
- Organize and complete all paperwork for accurate digital filing and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized loading dock to reduce risk and keep operations efficient.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Detail-Oriented: You catch discrepancies others miss and treat accuracy as non-negotiable.
- Warehouse-Ready: You bring 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or a warehouse environment.
- Tech-Comfortable: You pick up internal inventory systems quickly and navigate them with confidence.
- Numerically Sharp: You count, add, and reconcile inventory accurately under time pressure.
- Clear Communicator: You coordinate effectively with drivers and internal teams, verbally and in writing.
- Built for the Floor: You're comfortable on your feet for roughly 80% of the workday in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Safety-Minded: You keep your workspace organized and hazard-free as a matter of habit, not instruction.
BENEFITS
We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office. Full-time benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
LVT IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. All candidates must pass a drug screening and background check upon employment. Some roles may also require passing a federal background check and fingerprinting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, and/or to perform essential job functions, please reach out to your recruiter.
