Job description

As part of the Marketing Business Operations team, you will report directly to our Senior Business Development Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing business deals by leveraging owned and earned media, while also supporting the creation of key creative tools such as licensing style guides, pitch decks, video case studies, and B2B event assets. 

You will support a wide range of activities (Brand & Tech Partnerships, Consumer Products & Transmedia) across some of Ubisoft’s flagship brands, including Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, Just Dance, Rabbids, and more. 

You will contribute to various marketing activations aimed at maximizing the reach of Ubisoft consumer products both internally and externally. In this position, you will collaborate closely with a broad set of stakeholders (Executive Publishing teams, Development Studios, CRM, PR, Web Production, external agencies, etc.) located around the world. Daily communication in English—both written and spoken—is required. 

Your main missions will be: 

Developing the marketing strategy of the following departments 

Consumer products (Licensing-out) 

  • You will be the main Marketing contact of the Global Consumer products team  

  • You will interact with marketing stakeholders from Licensees specializing in stationery and paper goods,  Apparel & footwear, Toys and Figurines, food and beverages, and many more.  

  • You will lead the creation of licensing style guides in close collaboration with studios, the Licensing-Out team, and external agencies, ensuring licensees receive best-in-class creative assets, guidelines, and tools. 

  • You will also contribute to the creative development of B2B booth concepts and assets for key licensing industry events. 

Brand Partnerships 

  • You will be the main Marketing contact of the Global Brand partnership team 

  • You will work on implementing and amplifying our biggest partnerships (Visa/Rebull/Roblox…) alongside with key stake holders such as studio, brand marketing teams and the partners themselves 

Transmedia :  

  • You will be the main Marketing contact of the Global transmedia team  

  • You will support and execute marketing strategies on many different formats (Podcasts/Audio Series/Mangas/Comics/webtoon…)  

  • You will interact with marketing stakeholders from publishers such as Audible/Glenat/Dark Horse/Shueisha and many more.  

Tech Partnership 

  • You will be the main Marketing contact of the Tech partnership team 

  • You will work on amplifying our biggest upcoming Tech partnerships (Telcos, Tech manufacturers…) alongside with key stake holders such as studio, brand marketing teams and the partner itself 

Transversal missions 

  • You will launch and coordinate campaigns to maximize the reach of key partners by leveraging Ubisoft owned (Social media/CRM), earned (PR/CM/INFLUENCERS) and Paid media (Media buy)  

  • You will oversee the creation of communication assets and visual identities in collaboration with publishers, partners, studios, and external creative stakeholders. 

  • You will lead the creation of pitch decks, video case studies, mockups, and other key pitching tools that are essential for helping business teams successfully approach and convince new partners. 

  • You are an expert in project management and know how to execute marketing strategies involving many stakeholders in an international working environment.   

  • You are well known for being team player and you like to act as a business accelerator and facilitator providing tools, info, trends to the business team and contributing to the success of an entire team.   

  • You like to collaborate with people from different culture. You have the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally as well as communicate and collaborate with all types of personalities*  

  • You are also able to juggle competing demands from multiple teams and able to discuss with top management (Marketing Director etc…).   

  • Very strongly organized with a strong attention to detail and time management skills.  

  • You are fluent in English and in French
