SFORS operates exclusively with its own capital and does not raise or manage external investments.
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our office in Larnaca, Cyprus .
Work format: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Your team
You will join an established Talent Acquisition team consisting of:
Talent Acquisition Lead
3 Recruiters focused on Corporate Functions
2 Recruiters specializing in hiring for the Trading division
What you’ll be doing
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of corporate roles based on evolving business needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide recruitment guidance throughout the process.
Source, attract, interview, and assess candidates using a structured and high-quality approach.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Use recruitment data and market insights to support hiring decisions.
What will help you succeed in this role
At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of the Cyprus labour market, local hiring practices, and employment legislation, including best practices for compliant job advertising and candidate communication.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
A proactive, well-organised, and solution-oriented mindset.
The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in developing as a recruitment professional.
