Business Development & Property Acquisition Manager (Part-Time) Company: Comeback Luxury Limited Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid/Flexible) Employment Type: Part-Time (10–20 hours per week) About Us Comeback Luxury Limited is an Irish accommodation provider specialising in corporate, workforce, and government housing solutions. We secure high-quality residential properties for corporate clients, healthcare professionals, construction companies, and public sector organisations across Ireland. We are seeking an ambitious, well-connected Business Development & Property Acquisition Manager to help expand our property portfolio and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Identify and secure residential properties suitable for corporate and government accommodation. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, estate agents, and property owners. Negotiate lease agreements on behalf of Comeback Luxury Limited. Develop relationships with organisations requiring accommodation, including government agencies, healthcare providers, recruitment agencies, construction companies, and corporate clients. Arrange and attend property viewings. Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events. Work closely with the Director to support the company’s growth strategy.

Essential Requirements Experience in property, lettings, real estate, business development, or corporate accommodation. Strong negotiation and communication skills. An existing network of landlords, estate agents, or corporate contacts is highly desirable. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Full driving licence is an advantage but not essential.

Salary & Performance Incentives €18–€25 per hour, depending on experience. 10–20 hours per week with flexible working arrangements. Performance bonus of €500–€1,000 for each property successfully secured, subject to agreed terms. Alternatively, a percentage of the first month’s profit from each new accommodation contract successfully secured. Opportunities for increased hours and career progression as the company expands.
