We are currently looking for an experienced ERP Manager to support our engineering team.
The ERP Systems Manager EMEA is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the Infor LN ERP platform across the region. This role partners closely with business functions including manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to ensure ERP capabilities align with operational priorities, drive standardization, and support business growth. The role combines business partnership, technical leadership, and team management to deliver a stable, scalable, and continuously improving ERP environment.
What you will do
ERP Leadership & Strategy
- Own the EMEA ERP roadmap for Infor LN, including enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Align ERP initiatives with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy.
- Drive system standardization, scalability, and compliance across regional
- operations.
Delivery & Operations
- Lead end-to-end ERP delivery including enhancements, integrations,
- and releases.
- Ensure stable day-to-day ERP operations, support, and issue resolution.
- Establish governance, change management, and performance metrics
- for ERP services.
Business Partnership
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders
- to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related decisions and
- prioritization in EMEA.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the regional ERP team and external partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous
- improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Drive process optimization, data quality, and ERP adoption across the
- region.
- Manage vendors and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure system
- reliability.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Strong experience with
- Proven experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Fluent English skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-country or EMEA ERP environments.
- Experience with ERP transformations, upgrades, or process harmonization initiatives.
- Familiarity with integrations, data governance, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- German skills.
