Your Day-to-Day
- Lead, coach, and motivate Student Advisors, Academy Managers, and Center Leaders to achieve enrollment, conversion, and business targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze business data, and implement strategies to improve enrollment, customer retention, and overall center performance.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, safety, and service quality.
- Conduct regular center visits to review performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide operational support.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and collaboration with HR on staffing and manpower planning.
- Ensure an excellent parent experience by resolving escalated concerns, strengthening community relationships, and supporting regional business growth through reporting and strategic initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales-driven operations, preferably as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches/outlets, leading large teams, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use sales and operational data to drive business decisions and improvements.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus, with willingness to travel regularly between centers.
