Appointment Setter

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our roofing client’s team through Excello. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on incoming leads, and scheduling appointments for roof inspections. Your work will directly support the sales team by ensuring they connect with qualified homeowners at the right time. Multiple positions are available, offering stability, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the team.

Responsibilities & Requirements: Your main responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to homeowners to schedule roof inspection appointments

•

Following up consistently with warm leads and online inquiries

•

Confirming, rescheduling, and updating appointments on a daily basis

•

Accurately maintaining customer information and activity in the CRM system

•

Meeting daily and weekly performance goals for calls made and appointments set

Requirements

•

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred

•

Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills

•

Goal-driven, confident, and professional phone presence

•

Comfortable working with scripts, call guidelines, and CRM software
