Automation SpecialistFixed-term (3‑month probation followed by a fixed-term contract until December 2027)

What's the job?
Responsibilities
- Design and document scalable automation solutions, including the creation of Solution Design Documents
- Develop and maintain automations using UiPath, Python, and related technologies, ensuring solutions are efficient, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with development standards.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to business stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Assess, develop, and implement change requests in accordance with established governance and change management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automations that drive operational efficiency and business value
What you'll bring
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or NICE
- Experience in modelling databases in PostgreSQL/Azure Tables is an advantage
- Experience in managing SharePoint sites is a plus
- Experience in Power BI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have
- Very good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in automation and related technologies.
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
