Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis and technical support for Army major end items
- Provide policy analysis and compliance review to achieve and maintain enterprise-level visibility of Army major equipment and general property assets from initial receipt through disposal to meet the congressionally mandated requirements for existence and completeness.
- Analyze systemic issues with Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) capital asset reports to identify transactional errors and recommend Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-wide solutions.
- Provide recommendations for a path forward to resolve issues identified by client related to Class VII (major end items) across the Army.
- Develop validation processes to measure effectiveness of training, policy, and ERP system changes aimed at improving capital asset accountability. Provide analysis to determine policy adherence to Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) or Army policy. Identify second and third order impacts including, but not limited to, fiscal, contractual or materiel impacts.
- Participate in Army working groups to revise and develop process maps including, but not limited to, the equipping, redistribution, and divestiture (disposal) of Army equipment.
- Assist in the development of strategic messaging consisting of, but not limited to, Army fragmentary orders (FRAGO), execution orders (EXORD), Exceptions to Policy (ETP), and annexes, required to achieve a clean audit opinion.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and develop briefs to synchronize enterprise stakeholders to support audit readiness efforts for the transparency, redistribution, and divestiture (disposal) of equipment at various forums.
- Participate in OSW working groups, as required, to coordinate with OSD and the Services on GE, government furnished property, and Army policies and procedures that impact all aspects of Army major end items.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or similar discipline.
- 10 plus years' experience in DoW logistics and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of the Army logistics and equipment domain.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of a variety of DoD and Army property systems of record such as, but not limited to, AESIP, Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Program Optimization & Budget Execution (cPROBE), Vantage, and FMSWeb.
- Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to write, edit, and proofread a variety of presentations, position papers, and memoranda.
- High energy, enthusiasm, tact, ability to effectively interact with General Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians.
- Ability to create and foster a cooperative work environment. Comfortable facilitating meetings with opposing viewpoints.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, process driven in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- DoD Secret clearance required.

Target salary range: $101,000 - $140,000
