Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our team based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE , supporting a major Construction Supervision project for Infrastructure works.

We envisage success in this role to include

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant international standards, specifications, codes, and industry best practices applicable to infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in reviewing and monitoring Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
  • Proven ability to carry out inspections, identify non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely close-out.
  • Strong experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to maintain the highest quality standards on site.
  • Ability to monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Experience preparing quality reports, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate QA/QC records and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years experience, partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Proven experience in QA/QC roles for infrastructure projects in the UAE is being looked for.
