What You'll Do
You'll lead projects from vision through occupancy while helping shape exceptional experiences for our clients and project teams. You'll:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of design and construction.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Guide projects that balance design excellence, technical rigor, and performance.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor emerging professionals and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and learning.
- Anticipate challenges early, communicate clearly, and lead teams toward successful outcomes.
- Champion innovation and leverage technology to improve project delivery.
- Contribute to business development, client relationships, and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
- 7+ years of architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading complex commercial projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
- Proficient in Revit and current design technologies.
- Experienced presenting to clients and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
