PRN Nurse (LPN/RN)

Available Schedule: PRN (per diem/as-needed) Starting Pay: $33.42+ per hour, based on experience

What You Will Do

Deliver direct, compassionate care based on individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments.
•
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
•
Accurately document care and maintain records.
•
Collaborate with the care team and support residents' well-being.
•
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
•
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
•
Support a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
•
Adapt to changing needs and participate in emergency response.
What You Bring
•
Current LPN or RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
•
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
A caring and team-oriented attitude
•
Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
