This IT Software Development company follows an innovative and Agile approach with SOLID development practices, using a wide range of modern technologies, depending on the requirements of each project, including C#, MVC, Entity Frameworks Node, Angular and React. This is a multiverse role which combines strong Software Development Management experience with the ability to clearly communicate technical matters. This role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of technical projects at the employer who is specialised in delivering Leisure and Hospitality systems. This involves managing an internal tech team made up of front-end and back end developers and freelance support. Working closely with the Workflow and technical teams, he/she will ensure everyone's workflow and capacity is planned and managed and that clear briefs are provided, allowing technical team members to focus on delivering standout work. The Software Development Manager will also manage the process of outsourcing tech work to third parties and be responsible for the output of this work.
