Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute joint go-to-market playbooks for Unissant's strategic technology partnerships, aligning partner capabilities to active federal pipeline opportunities.
  • Establish and lead structured partner relationship cadences, including operational syncs and quarterly reviews, while tracking action items and fostering collaboration across partner and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Capture Managers and Solution Architects to integrate partner capabilities into active RFPs, technical proposals, and mission-aligned solution strategies.
  • Drive co-selling and marketplace activities, including deal registration, partner-led lead generation, and transaction optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner sales teams, account executives, partner managers, and internal delivery leadership.
  • Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline, deal registrations, and marketplace revenue utilization, and provide routine progress updates to executive leadership.
  • Define, coordinate, and manage strategic technology partner training requirements in collaboration with HR to ensure internal teams gain the certifications, enablement, and technical knowledge needed to deliver and grow partner solutions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of partner-specific content packages and catalog reusable partner-centric use cases across programs and customer needs.

Work Experience and Job Skills

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or capture management within the federal contracting (GovCon) industry.
  • Operational knowledge of partner programs and field sales structures for technology partners such as AWS, Snowflake, Palantir, and similar ecosystem providers.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technology-driven captures or programs within National Security environments, including DoD and the Intelligence Community, or Federal Health agencies such as HHS, VA, and DHA.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data analytics concepts.
  • Experience with proposal development and capture efforts.
  • Ability to translate partner capabilities into practical, competitive, and mission-aligned solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required, or equivalent practical industry experience may be considered.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

  • Relevant cloud practitioner or partner certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, are preferred.
  • DoD Secret or higher clearance is preferred.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present partnership strategy, pipeline status, and opportunity progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partner organizations and communicate effectively with technical, business, and sales audiences.

Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is required; active DoD Secret or higher clearance is preferred.

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required based on partner meetings, internal collaboration needs, and business development activities.

Environmental Requirements

  • Mainly a routine office environment.
  • Hybrid work arrangement based in Herndon, Virginia.
  • May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
  • Flexible in working extended hours.
