Job description

The Helpdesk Coordinator serves as the Helpdesk team lead, acting as the primary contact for escalated technical issues. They provide guidance and expertise to junior team members while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will include overseeing the resolution of complex IT issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement, scheduling, and contributing to the development of training materials and resources.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.

Hourly pay range: $22.27-31.28
