Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • ** Epic Willow Inpatient experience and/or certification required. ***

As an IT EPIC Pharmacy Application Analyst, you will implement, configure, optimize, and support EPIC Willow and other pharmacy-related modules, ensuring seamless integration and efficient medication management workflows.Every day you will analyze pharmacy requirements, configure Willow functionality, build drug records and workflows, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with pharmacy staff.To be successful, you will possess deep EPIC Willow expertise, a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, and excellent analytical skills.

  • Designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs.
  • Works closely with customers to document requirements and communicate effectively with customers and peers to implement changes.
  • Supports/maintains day-to-day existing functionality/programs/applications.
  • Performs intermediate system analysis and troubleshooting to implement new functionality/programs/applications, and to analyze/research vendor release notes and documentation; understanding complete end-to-end system integration.
  • Creates thorough system design and build documentation. Analyze the functionality of system and how it fits or not with operations; The ability to troubleshoot basic problems and recommend and take appropriate action as required. Translate high-level business requirements to detailed technical designs/documentation.
  • Collaborates with other analysts, Centura staff, vendors, and leadership. Meet with department heads and executives on a routine basis to identify and prioritize their needs .

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in Pharmacy from an accredited school or College of Pharmacy
  • 2 years as a pharmacist experience with retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy or
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy in Pharmacy from an accredited school or College of Pharmacy, upon hire.
  • *** Epic Willow Inpatient experience and/or certification required. ***
  • EPIC Certification, within 120 Days
