Job description
Shift: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, OT on Fridays
Pay Range: $22.50
Must pass a urine drug screen and background check
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Support production with supplemental nests as required.
- CNC programming for high production volume plasma table.
- Create VIN tags and data plates for trailers.
- Design decals and placards as required by production.
- Working knowledge of materials, tooling, machine tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Must work well in a fast-paced team environment and strive for excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE
- Strong PC skills required.
- Knowledge and operation of SigmaNest software a plus.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and SolidWorks a plus.
- CNC Programming experience and/or education preferred.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Strong math skills required.
- Knowledge of trailer production parts a plus.
- Must be able to work independently; self-directed and motivated.
- Ability to read and interpret prints.
- Good communication and multitasking skills required.

- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, twist and stoop repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

- Shop floor production and office environments with noise, dust, moving machinery and high traffic.
