We are currently seeking a Medical Records Clerk to join our team in our Stuart, Florida office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting patient care behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

· Obtain physician signatures on orders in a timely manner.

· Follow up with physician offices regarding unsigned orders and Face-to-Face (F2F) documentation.

· Work collaboratively with Clinical Managers, Medical Records staff, the Administrator, and Sales Team to ensure documentation is complete.

· Maintain knowledge of CMS regulations, including Medicare Face-to-Face requirements.

· Electronically file patient documentation into the appropriate medical records.

· Assist with maintaining accurate physician and facility information within our Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system.

· Ensure patient records meet agency, state, federal, and Medicare compliance standards.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information.

What You'll Need

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous medical records, healthcare administration, or office experience preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record systems (HCHB experience is a plus).

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

· Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
