Industrial Project Engineer - VIE F/H

The V.I.E. assignment takes place in the context of an industrial transfer of the production of military turbine blades from Safran Aircraft Engines's production site in Gennevilliers, France, to its Polish site located in Rzeszów.

The main mission of the V.I.E. will be to support the ramp-up of production for four product references and to stabilize delivery rates to the customer in a context of strong production scale-up.

In this role, the V.I.E. will be responsible for

• Managing day-to-day operational production issues
• Streamlining the handling of non-conformities in collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams
• Ensuring smooth flow and progression of parts through the production system
• Managing quarantine parts and related dispositions
• Proposing process improvements to reduce costs and improve production cycle times
• Coordinating between the various stakeholders on the Polish production site (Production, Quality, Logistics, Methods, Engineering)
• Acting as an interface with central teams in France to resolve critical issues
• Facilitating communication between French and Polish teams
• Reporting performance indicators (cost, quality, delivery) to the Product Manager and Site Manager regarding the industrial scheme
• Fluent English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication in an international and multicultural environment
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders (production, quality, engineering, logistics, etc.)
• Proactive mindset with a strong ability to propose practical improvements and challenge existing ways of working
• Good coordination and reporting skills, able to track actions, follow progress, and escalate key issues in a structured manner
• Highly organized and structured approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production ramp-up environment
• Autonomy and reliability, with the capacity to manage operational topics while maintaining clear visibility for management teams
