Job Overview

We are looking for a professional Communications Representative to support customer interactions and internal communication efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with inquiries, maintain accurate records, coordinate information, and contribute to efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and client inquiries by phone, email, and in person

• Provide accurate information regarding services and company procedures

• Maintain organized records, correspondence, and documentation
