HR Specialist (Payroll & Talent)

As we continue to grow our international People team in GMV , we're looking for an HR Specialist to become the local HR point of contact for our Romania office . In this role, you'll support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle while collaborating closely with colleagues across our global People organization.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will participate from payroll coordination to HR operations , including recruitment and employee development , making a real impact in a leading Aerospace and Defense engineering company. Among your key responsibilities you will:

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processes with external payroll providers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage HR administration , employee records, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Act as the local HR point of contact , supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle .
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes , from job posting and interviews to onboarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and contribute to a positive employee experience.
  • Support performance management , employee development, employee feedback and exit interviews.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of HR policies and support compliance with local labour legislation.
  • Collaborate closely with the international People and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality HR services.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We're looking for a Human Resources professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field , and at least three years of experience in a generalist HR role with solid experience coordinating payroll with external providers, managing HR operations and employee administration, and supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Experience in recruitment and selection (ideally within engineering, technology, or other technical environments)is highly valued.

Fluency English is essential, and Spanish as a nice-to-have.
